CURB APPEAL...not just for those selling their house (Fall Edition)

Let's talk about ways to add a little curb appeal to our homes this Fall. For those of you looking to sell your house, curb appeal is a great way to increase the traffic of potential buyers. After all, FIRST IMPRESSIONS matter.

If my husband is reading this, he should be warned - some of these items are on his honey-do list. ***Honestly, that just means I make a list and after a few months I hire someone else to do it! :)

If you know me, you know I LOVE wreaths. I prefer to change them out for any reason I can find. Whether it is a new holiday, a change of seasons, or just because it has been a hot minute.

I love this one and think I may need to add something just like it to my front door.

I have enjoyed this summer wreath, but since pumpkin lattes have started making their appearance on menus it is time for a change.

Or maybe you should contact me about how to get a Crabapple Wreath like this one! :)

It would look great hanging on the front door of your new home!

Mums, Pumpkins and more mums...

Add some planters next to your door, give your door a fresh coat of paint, and add a cute mat welcoming guests to your home. This is also a great time to grab some mums, pumpkins and gourds and put them on your front porch and/or steps.

If your front steps need some work (cracked cement or worn decking boards) tend to those. Fresh stain on wooden stairs will make an amazing difference. However, if yours look like mine tear those suckers out and start fresh. As long as we are here, anyone know a good handyman to build a few new steps? This projects that has already been on the honey-do list ALL SUMMER, it is time to hire that one out! :)

Here for you,

Lisa
